is always a carnival favorite! You’ll
need:
 A
tent, booth or other space that provides a little privacy
A
small table covered in bright cloth
Two
chairs
A
lamp with a dim light bulb or scarf over the shade
A
tape or CD player and eerie music
A
“gypsy” or “fortune teller”
costume, such as bright flowing clothing, a turban,
bandanas, scarves and lots of jingling jewelry
A
cup and saucer with tea leaves, playing cards, or a
crystal ball
Fortunes
– a list of ideas for fortunes that predict a
future event
Set
up and play:
Play
eerie music in the background to set an atmosphere of
mystery.
Have
the fortune-teller read palms, read tea leaves, or read
the future in playing cards or a crystal ball.
Be
sure to tell only good or silly fortunes – no
disasters!
